Every year, the Town People's Committee surveys and reviews the current status of degraded and damaged relics to develop a restoration and embellishment plan and submit it to competent authorities for funding support. However, in recent years, the source of restoration and embellishment has mainly been from socialized sources. Since then, the restoration of relics has entered a new turning point, making the appearance of the relics truly flourish; specifically, Mai Bang Temple has restored and embellished the Upper Palace, the Middle Palace, expanded the campus, purchased sacrificial objects... with nearly 7 billion VND; Bau Loi Temple has restored and embellished the Upper Palace, built surrounding walls, gates, power lines... with nearly 2.5 billion VND; Hoang Van family temple has expanded its campus, built roads... with nearly 1 billion VND. All are done with 100% socialized sources.

In addition to tangible cultural heritage, Cua Lo town also exists and develops 6 types with 97 intangible cultural heritages. On this basis, the town chose to establish a dossier of the typical intangible cultural heritage "Yen Luong Temple Festival" which has been recognized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage. Currently, Cua Lo town has been honored with 3 Meritorious Artisans and 1 Folk Artisan.

Cua Lo town has 5 traditional festivals held periodically every 2-3 years, and 1 Tourism Festival held annually. These are typical local cultural traditional festivals serving tourism development. These festivals are all based on the principle of preserving traditional values, gradually eliminating backward elements, exploiting the potential of festivals to develop tourism while protecting the true values of festivals.

The festival in Cua Lo town is gradually creating a highlight to attract tourists, stimulating the development of the tourism industry. This is demonstrated by the increasing number of tourists, the length of stay of tourists is getting longer, which is the foundation for expanding tourism services, increasing revenue for the locality (when tourists come to the festival, it will bring along essential needs such as travel, accommodation, relaxation, food, shopping, entertainment... which is the basis for developing service industries: tour services, transportation services, accommodation, cuisine, shopping...).
