In the areas in front of the town stadium, the National Defense Education Center, Ba Cua stream (Phu Bai ward); Duong Thieu Tuoc, Phung Luu, Khuc Thua Du streets (Thuy Duong ward); roads belonging to residential groups 10, 11, 12 (Thuy Phuong ward); along Thai Thuan, Tran Hoan, Thuan Hoa streets (Thuy Luong ward); villages 2, 4, 6 (Thuy Phu commune); Hoa Phong communal house historical relic (Thuy Tan commune); Hoang Quoc Viet extended street, Thuy Duong Thuan An section through Lang Xa Con village (Thuy Thanh commune); On the village roads of Phu Son and Duong communes, each locality mobilized 50-80 cadres, soldiers, youth union members, veterans, farmers, women and local people to participate in cleaning up, collecting garbage, removing illegal advertisements, collecting duckweed, cutting down mimosa trees, planting new ones, and taking care of flower roads...
Implementing the Green Sunday movement launched by the Provincial People's Committee, from 2019 to present, the town has organized more than 200 campaigns, attracting over 280,000 participants.
Along with planting 13,200 new trees on roads and public places, localities have mobilized people to contribute (money, working days) to complete more than 21km of lighting lines in new rural communes; take care of and plant more than 40km of roads in residential areas; collect 10,000 tons of waste of all kinds...
