More than 78,700 cadres and party members study the 2024 Special Topic on studying and following Uncle Ho

On the afternoon of January 18, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee held a conference to study and implement the 2024 Special Topic: "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style on practicing democracy, strengthening the rule of law, ensuring discipline; attracting high-quality and dedicated human resources in building a civilized, modern, and humane city".

The conference was held directly at the main bridge point of the City Party Committee Hall and online at 1,481 bridges with the participation of 78,750 cadres and party members.

The conference aims to continue to thoroughly grasp and propagate to cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, workers, union members, members, soldiers of the armed forces and all classes of people a deeper awareness of the contents and great values of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the theme of the entire course, concretized into the Special Theme in 2024. Thereby, strengthening the work of Party building, government building, attracting high-quality and dedicated human resources to build and develop agencies, units, localities and cities to become increasingly clean, strong, civilized, modern and humane. Contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 11th National Party Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee and the Resolution of Party Congresses at all levels.

At the conference, delegates listened to Comrade Pham Phuong Thao, former Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, former Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council, deploy the content of the 2024 Topic. Specifically, he requested Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of Ho Chi Minh City to implement the 2024 Theme in conjunction with implementing the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels and performing political tasks, resolving urgent and outstanding issues of the sector, locality, agency and unit. Promote the exemplary role of cadres and Party members, especially leaders in Party building work, continue to form and deploy the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space. Along with that, promptly discover, foster, propagate, commend and replicate typical examples and models in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
