In addition, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training also adjusted the enrollment quota for grade 10 for a number of Vocational Education - Continuing Education Centers in the districts of Ba Vi, Dan Phuong, Thach That, Phu Xuyen, Gia Lam and Phan Huy Chu - Dong Da High School, Tran Quoc Tuan Middle School - High School with a total quota of 7 classes with 405 students.

The Hanoi Department of Education and Training requires school principals to be responsible for organizing enrollment according to assigned quotas, in accordance with enrollment regulations and instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Hanoi Department of Education and Training.

The target students of these institutions are students who have completed the junior high school program in 30 districts, towns and cities of Hanoi. The training method is vocational education at intermediate level combined with cultural studies of the regular education program at the high school level. Students studying cultural studies of the regular education program at the high school level who meet the requirements according to regulations are registered to take the high school graduation exam.
