In 2024, the employment situation, income and ideology of union members and workers are basically stable. The whole province has newly established 24 grassroots trade unions in non-state enterprises, exceeding the annual plan by 20%; developed 3,349 more union members, exceeding the plan by 123%. More than 5,000 union members and workers have benefited from care activities of trade unions at all levels with a total amount of over 10 billion VND on the occasion of the Lunar New Year and Workers' Month in 2024; mobilized resources to support the construction and repair of 40 "Union Shelters" with a total cost of 1.6 billion VND for union members in difficult circumstances. Unions at all levels have mobilized cadres, union members and workers to participate in supporting the "For the Poor" Fund, the "Repaying Gratitude" Fund, the "Golden Heart Charity Society" Fund with nearly 7 billion VND.

In 2025, trade unions at all levels will continue to effectively implement the Grassroots Democracy Regulations, focusing on negotiating and signing collective labor agreements, especially on wages, bonuses, working conditions and hours, rest hours, and improving the quality of workers' meals. Promote the implementation of occupational safety and hygiene. Pay attention to caring for, stabilizing jobs, and ensuring income for union members and workers. Organize well support activities, visits, and encouragement during holidays, Tet, and workers' months.

Continue to implement the program "Trade Union Shelter", strengthen social and humanitarian activities, contribute to ensuring social security, and enhance the position of trade union organizations. Launch and widely deploy emulation movements "Excellent workers", "Creative workers", "Innovation, creativity, efficiency in trade union activities", make achievements to welcome party congresses at all levels and the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. Strive for the whole province to develop an additional 3,000 trade union members; 90% or more of trade unions at the grassroots level directly above the grassroots level fulfill their tasks well, 90% or more of grassroots trade unions in the state sector and 70% or more of grassroots trade unions outside the state sector fulfill their tasks well.
