Phu Yen Fellow Countrymen Association in Hanoi meets at the beginning of the year of the Snake

On the morning of February 22, the Phu Yen Association in Hanoi held a meeting to welcome the beginning of the year of the Snake 2025. Comrade Cao Thi Hoa An, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; representatives of the leaders of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee and a number of provincial departments and branches attended the meeting.

According to annual tradition, every time Tet comes, the children of Phu Yen who are working, studying, working and residing in the capital Hanoi have the opportunity to meet, visit, share and inform about the situation of their hometown. This is also an opportunity to show the concern of the children of Phu Yen for the development of their hometown, to rejoice in the victories and share the difficulties on the path of development.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, sending greetings to the Phu Yen people living, working and studying in Hanoi, comrade Cao Thi Hoa An said: In recent years, especially after 35 years of re-establishment of the province, Phu Yen has gradually risen from this fertile and peaceful land. In 2024, in the context of many difficulties, the entire political system and the people of the province have constantly united, strived to achieve many encouraging results.

The achievements of the province in recent times are thanks to the support and assistance of the central ministries, departments and branches, the determination and consensus of the entire political system and the joint efforts and support of the homeland of Phu Yen people across the country. Among those positive and valuable contributions, there is the Liaison Committee of the Phu Yen Fellow Countrymen Association in Hanoi, typically: Organizing a workshop on green development in Phu Yen; coordinating to introduce and promote the image and development potential of the province to domestic and foreign friends; mobilizing and calling for investors and businesses to invest in the province; consulting on science and technology development, social security activities, caring for the poor... and contributing ideas and consulting on many initiatives for local development.

Comrade Cao Thi Hoa An emphasized that 2025 has a special significance, marking the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the province; this is also the year Phu Yen prepares the conditions to join the whole country and our people in entering a new era, an era of national development; therefore, the tasks and responsibilities in the coming time are very heavy, requiring the unanimity, consensus, cooperation and contribution of each Phu Yen citizen and friends across the country.
