TPO - The State Council of Professors approved the list of scientific journals to be scored in 2024 of 28 industry and interdisciplinary professor councils.
According to regulations, a scientific article published in a prestigious international scientific journal (scientific journals with international standard codes ISSN listed in the Web of Science (ISI), Scopus list or other international lists decided by the State Council of Professors) is counted up to 2 points.
Articles published in international scientific journals with outstanding impact factors or citation indexes will receive an additional maximum of 50% of the maximum converted points mentioned above.
A scientific article published in a scientific journal with an international standard code ISSN, not listed in Web of Science and Scopus, with online publication is counted up to 1 point; without online publication is counted up to 0.75 point.
Each patented scientific and technological application result is counted up to 3 points.
Each useful solution effectively applied in state management practice, in management innovation and socio-economic development is counted up to 2 points.
Each work of art (music, fine arts, theater, cinema, dance, architecture and performance program), training achievement, and sports competition that wins a national award is counted up to 1 point, and if it wins an international award, it is counted up to 1.5 points.
1 monograph is worth a maximum of 3 points. 1 textbook is worth a maximum of 2 points. 1 reference book is worth a maximum of 1.5 points. 1 guidebook is worth a maximum of 1 point. Specialized dictionaries are worth the same points as guidebooks.
Training books published by a reputable publisher in the world will be added 25% of the converted points of that book or book chapter.
1 chapter of a training book published by a reputable publisher in the world is counted for a maximum of 1 point.
Scientific reports at national scientific conferences with peer review, published in full in the conference proceedings, are counted as a maximum of 0.5 points.
Scientific reports at international scientific conferences written in English with peer review and published in full in the conference proceedings are counted for a maximum of 1 point.
Only converted points are calculated for scientific reports published in the collection of scientific works (proceedings) of scientific conferences specified in this clause that have been published with an international standard ISBN code.
Scientific reports indexed in Web of Science and Scopus are counted as scientific articles but are not considered scientific articles published in prestigious international scientific journals.
In each field, the State Council of Professors also publishes a list of reputable publishers for the field/interdisciplinary Council of Professors to refer to.
