Middle school student used a stick to beat his friend, breaking his arm and head

On February 21, Captain Bui Ngoc Sang, Deputy Chief of Vu Bon Commune Police, Krong Pac District, Dak Lak Province, confirmed that an incident had just occurred in the area in which a male junior high school student beat a male high school student, causing serious injuries.

According to Captain Bui Ngoc Sang, Deputy Chief of Vu Bon Commune Police, Krong Pac District, Dak Lak Province, the unit invited the two families to work in the presence of representatives of the Village Self-Management Board.

"Regarding the records, the unit continues to verify, based on the level and regulations of the law, especially the age of the violation, to handle according to regulations," Captain Sang emphasized.

In Vu Bon commune, Krong Pac district, Dak Lak, an 8th grade male student used a stick to beat a 10th grade male student. The victim suffered a broken arm, a broken head, and required 12 stitches.

According to the record, NTD (born in 2011) - a junior high school student in Vu Bon commune used a three-section plastic stick with an iron core to attack PVD (born in 2009) - a high school student.

The incident left PVD with multiple injuries, especially on her head. D. is currently being treated at the Krong Pac District Medical Center (Dak Lak) for X-rays and close monitoring of her health condition.

According to information from the victim's family, at around 9:15 p.m. on February 19, PVD and a friend went to the soccer field of Doan Ket village, Vu Bon commune to play.

While D. was lying in a hammock resting, NTD, riding an electric bike with a friend, suddenly used a three-section stick to attack D.

The sudden blow left PVD seriously injured, with a deep laceration on his head requiring 12 stitches and a closed fracture of the second metacarpal bone.

NTD then ran away but was caught by a man living nearby and handed over to the police for processing.

Regarding the incident, Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Principal of Vo Nguyen Giap High School (Ea O Commune, Ea Kar District, Dak Lak), said that the victim was a student of the school, the incident happened locally and at night, the school sent teachers to encourage the student's family, grasp the situation to report to the Department of Education and Training.

Vu Bon Commune Police are currently completing the case file to handle the case in accordance with the law.
