What major to study to specialize in microchips?

I intend to work in the microchip field after graduating from university but don't know what major to choose.

The microchip industry has been receiving a lot of attention recently as many large companies are planning to open more offices and factories in Vietnam. I read this information and went to find out more and became very interested in this field.

However, when searching for the name of the microchip training major at universities, I couldn't find it, so I don't know which major is most suitable. Can you guys who have gone before advise me on the major and the training school for this major, and share about the future of this field?
