Referee Hoang Ngoc Ha, after consulting VAR technology, awarded Binh Dinh a penalty. From the 11m mark, foreign player Alisson Alves coolly defeated goalkeeper Nguyen Van Viet of SL Nghe An, scoring the equalizer 2-2 for the martial arts team.
Although unable to win, with a draw at Quy Nhon Stadium of Binh Dinh Club, SL Nghe An still escaped the bottom position of the table.

The match between SHB Da Nang and Hai Phong in round 5 of LPBank V-League 2024-25 will be postponed one day from the old schedule, due to the impact of storm Tra Mi. This match will take place at 6:00 p.m. tomorrow (October 28).
