Building a model of comprehensively developed youth with strong national cultural identity

At the opening session of the National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union on the morning of December 17, the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union said that the model of the new generation of youth in the next 5 years must develop comprehensively, with a strong national cultural identity on the foundation of the movement "I love my Fatherland!"
Mr. Bui Quang Huy believes that the model of the new generation of Vietnamese youth and the actual model of youth in the next 5 years must be one. That is also one of the practical contents for youth to participate in preserving and promoting the cultural identity of the Vietnamese nation.

In the 2019 and 2024 terms, the I Love My Fatherland movement of the Vietnam Youth Union has become a call to action for millions of young people, creating a good environment for young people to practice and promote the spirit of volunteerism and creativity to participate in socio-economic development and national defense.
Thousands of outstanding examples of young people in economic and social development, volunteering for the community, creativity, dedication, beautiful living... have a widespread influence in society.
The Association has more than 9.3 million members, raising the youth participation rate to 67%. The Congress determined that today's youth is a generation born in the era associated with technology, a creative force, capable of quickly applying digital technology. Being involved in technology activities and digital transformation has become a natural and profound movement in life.
Therefore, all levels of the association continue to accelerate the application of digital transformation in all activities of the association. All levels of the association need to strongly implement activities to eliminate digital transformation capacity for young people, contributing to digital transformation for the entire population.
