Hanoi officially informs about female teacher being intimate with male student in class

On the afternoon of October 3, at a press conference organized by the Hanoi People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Quang Tuan, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, informed about the sensitive clip of a teacher with a student at Thach Ban High School, Long Bien District.

According to Mr. Tuan, the incident happened during the break from period 2 to period 3 on the morning of September 27 in classroom 10A4.

The male student in the clip is TNMĐ., and the female teacher in the clip is MQT (born in 2001), she is a contract Literature teacher.

A representative of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training said that through working with her, it was found that this teacher was sociable and close to the students. Because the teacher is young, her experience in managing students, managing the classroom, and handling problems arising in the classroom is lacking, leading to misunderstandings, affecting the individual, the school, and the education sector.

According to Mr. Tuan, the professional units have worked with parents and students, and have discussed so that parents and students can see that the incident is not up to standard. This is a spontaneous, impulsive action.

The school has temporarily suspended this female teacher from teaching to conduct a review and stabilize her psychology.

For students, the school also works with families to help students see the problem.

"The student said that at first he thought it was just teasing the teacher and did not think it would have any negative effects. The school will review the student's conduct according to regulations.

The Hanoi Department of Education and Training has also issued documents requiring the preservation of the pedagogical environment and school culture," said a representative of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training.
