The Hanoi People's Committee has just approved the plan for the Ngoc Hoi - Phu Xuyen route, scale 1/500 (section from Ring Road 4 to Provincial Road 427).
Accordingly, the route passes through Khanh Ha and Hoa Binh communes (Thuong Tin district) with a length of about 2.7km. The starting point is at the intersection with Ring Road 4 and the ending point is at the intersection with Provincial Road 427.

The route has a typical cross-section of 65m, including a 6-lane road, 3 lanes in each direction, an 11.5m wide median, parallel roads on both sides with 2 lanes on each side, 2 secondary median strips on both sides 2m wide, and 14m wide sidewalks on both sides.
The intersections on the route include the intersection with Ring Road 4 which is a complete interchange. The remaining intersections between the route and other cross-roads are organized as level crossings.
The City People's Committee assigns the Department of Planning and Architecture to check and confirm the 1/500 scale route plan documents in accordance with the content of this decision; and is responsible for the accuracy of the submitted data.
Assign the People's Committee of Thuong Tin district to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Planning and Architecture and related units to organize the public announcement of the route plan documents, scale 1/500 approved by the City People's Committee. Hand over the documents to the People's Committees of Hoa Binh and Khanh Ha communes to manage the construction planning along both sides of the road and related units to implement the work of establishing the construction investment project.
Notably, Hanoi leaders also requested to review the investment scale of the project. In case the project has not yet fully invested in the cross-section scale according to the planning, the People's Committee of Thuong Tin district is responsible for organizing the preparation, appraisal, approval of documents and organizing the placement of boundary markers according to the planning and is responsible for managing the land reserved for expanding the road cross-section according to the approved route plan.
