Hanoi speeds up the digitization of "red books"

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to urgently speed up the digitization of land use right certificates and assets attached to land.

Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Ha Minh Hai has just signed and issued Official Dispatch No. 3710/UBND-KSTTHC on preparing to expand the exploitation of land data in the National Land Database.

The document clearly stated that, in order to prepare for the expansion of land data exploitation in the National Land Database nationwide to reduce land documents in administrative procedures related to the field of residence in the city, the Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to urgently speed up the digitization of red books, assets attached to land, and clean up the city's land data according to the assigned plans and tasks.

The City People's Committee also requested the Department of Information and Communications to coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and relevant units in the process of connecting the city's land database system with the National Land Database according to the instructions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

In addition, Hanoi City Police continue to direct the grassroots police force to regularly maintain the work of cleaning population data, ensuring that citizen information on the national population database is always "correct, complete, clean, and alive" to serve the connection of the national population database system with the national land database system of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
