Hanoi announces admission scores for grade 10 public high schools

The admission scores for grade 10 of all public high schools in Hanoi are as follows:

According to regulations of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, by July 5, secondary schools must complete sending the result notification to students. Before 11:00 a.m. on July 5, high schools will announce the list of 10th grade admission results at the school.

Students who have enough points to pass the entrance exam need to confirm their admission to the high school they are admitted to. According to the regulations of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, the time to confirm admission online or directly at the high school is from 1:00 p.m. on July 5 to the end of July 7.

Students who confirm their admission online on the system need to print their admission confirmation.

From July 3 to 8, secondary schools will receive applications for review of students' exam results (if any). On July 10, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training will meet and approve additional benchmark scores for both specialized and non-specialized high schools (if any).

From July 12 to 15, students who have been admitted will complete the admission procedures. On July 25, the results of the review will be available and then the documents will be processed and the students will be admitted after the review (if any). This work will end on July 29.

The Hanoi Department of Education and Training notes the principles for admission to grade 10 public high schools as follows: students who pass their first choice will not be considered for their second or third choices. Students who fail their first choice will be considered for their second choice but must have an admission score at least 1 point higher than the school's first choice admission standard.

Students who do not pass their first and second choices can be considered for their third choice but must have an admission score at least 2 points higher than the school's admission score for their first choice.

When the admission score is lowered, public high schools are allowed to admit students with second and third wishes who meet the admission requirements.
