The 5th Quang Binh Discovery Marathon - 2025 will take place on March 9, 2025.

(Quang Binh Portal) - To celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2025), the 79th anniversary of Vietnam Sports Day (March 27, 1946 - March 27, 2025), on February 11, 2025, the Department of Culture and Sports issued Plan No. 159/KH-SVHTT on coordinating the organization of the Quang Binh Discovery Marathon "Quang Binh Discovery Marathon 5th - 2025".

Accordingly, the Tournament will take place on March 9, 2025 at Phong Nha - Ke Bang Tourism Center with competitions at distances of 42km, 25km, 10km, 06km. Participants are professional male and female athletes, domestic and international movements, in good health, not under criminal or disciplinary proceedings.

The organization of the Tournament aims to introduce and promote Quang Binh tourist destinations and the biodiversity values ​​and natural landscapes of Phong Nha - Ke Bang area, contributing to expanding cooperation and cultural, sports and tourism exchanges with domestic and international friends.

Through that, it also helps create a healthy and attractive playground to promote the movement of training and competing in sports in general and jogging in particular to develop more and more widely in the province in the following years.
