
Domestic gasoline prices continued to decrease from 3 p.m. today (March 14) after setting aside the price stabilization fund (BOG). Specifically, E5RON92 gasoline decreased by 22 VND/liter, the new price is 22,490 VND/liter; RON95 gasoline decreased by 14 VND/liter, to 23,543 VND/liter.
However, diesel increased by 78 VND/liter, the new price is 20,549 VND/liter; kerosene increased by 97 VND/liter, to 20,706 VND/liter and fuel oil increased by 299 VND/kg, to 16,432 VND.
Regarding the stabilization fund, the joint ministries decided to set aside 300 VND/kg for fuel oil, not to set aside the BOG fund for E5RON92 gasoline, RON95 gasoline, diesel oil and kerosene; not to use the gasoline price stabilization fund for E5RON92 gasoline, RON95 gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene and fuel oil.
A representative of the Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) said that as of the time before the price adjustment, the balance of the price stabilization fund at the enterprise was 3,069 billion VND, an increase of 2 billion VND compared to the announcement on March 7.
