According to the chogia.vn system, the price of durian today (April 3) generally has not changed much compared to last weekend, especially in the main purchasing areas in the Southwest, Southeast and Central Highlands. However, the price still has a clear differentiation between carefully selected beautiful goods and durian bought in bulk.

In the Southwest region, selected RI6 durian is still purchased at around 140,000 - 144,000 VND/kg, while RI6 bought in bulk only reaches 60,000 - 70,000 VND/kg. Thai durian also recorded a similar difference, with beautiful durian fluctuating at 177,000 - 180,000 VND/kg, and bulk bought at 70,000 - 80,000 VND/kg.

The Southeast region maintains a similar price level, with beautiful RI6 reaching 140,000 - 144,000 VND/kg, and bulk goods around 60,000 - 70,000 VND/kg. Particularly, beautiful Thai durian in this region is currently priced the highest, reaching 180,000 VND/kg, while bulk goods are lower, from 65,000 - 78,000 VND/kg.

In the Central Highlands, beautiful RI6 durian also maintains a high price, from 140,000 - 144,000 VND/kg, while bulk durian has increased slightly, fluctuating from 70,000 - 80,000 VND/kg, higher than some localities in the West. Beautifully selected Thai durian costs from 170,000 - 180,000 VND/kg, bulk durian is about 65,000 - 78,000 VND/kg.

Traders assess that the price situation is quite stable, without many major fluctuations because the quantity of goods is being well controlled and distributed stably according to market demand. Domestic consumption demand remains high, especially for the group of high-quality, beautifully selected durians, serving high-end fruit stores and export channels.
