Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Dieu, Director of Dong Noi Phu Quoc Tourism Company, the official agent welcoming passengers ashore and organizing tours and experiences on the island, said: This is the second consecutive ship to arrive at the Pearl Island in early 2024, having previously successfully welcomed the Costa Serena ship on February 2. Welcoming the Aida Bella ship is an important event, contributing to promoting Phu Quoc tourism, enhancing the image and reputation of the Pearl Island, as well as strengthening tourism cooperation between Vietnam and Germany.
Speaking to reporters of the Economic & Urban newspaper, the leader of the Phu Quoc City People's Committee said that welcoming the international passenger ship Aida Bella will contribute to promoting Phu Quoc tourism to more international tourists, especially tourists from Germany and Europe.
Previously, on February 2, Duong Dong Port welcomed the Costa Serena ship bringing nearly 1,200 tourists from Thailand to visit Phu Quoc for 1 day.
