Pho Festival 2025 takes place at Thang Long Imperial Citadel

On April 4, news from the Hanoi People's Committee Office said that from April 18-20, at Thang Long Imperial Citadel (No. 19C Hoang Dieu, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi), the 2025 Pho Festival will take place.

The program will bring typical pho dishes of Hanoi as well as the diversity of pho from regions across the country. Businesses and brands participating in the event are carefully selected and evaluated, ensuring quality and food hygiene and safety.

Pho Festival 2025 is organized by Hanoi Convention Center, in coordination with Hanoi Department of Tourism and Thang Long - Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center.

The opening ceremony is scheduled to take place at 6 p.m. on April 18. The program includes many diverse activities: Pho Festival 2025 space; space to introduce the culture and traditions of Pho; space to experience Hanoi's unique cuisine and activities such as talks, art performances, etc.

The 2025 Pho Festival aims to promote the image of Hanoi Pho, which is recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage, contributing to the development of Hanoi's culinary culture industry.

The event organizers expect the 2025 Pho Festival to be a space bridge to honor and connect businesses, craft villages, and brands to promote cuisine to the people of the capital, domestic tourists, and international friends.
