The reason Ducati closed its only showroom in the Northern region is because business performance in this region did not meet expectations and the company wanted to adjust its operating model. Although sales figures were not disclosed, a representative of the company said that Ducati sales mainly came from customers in the Southern region.

After the Ducati Hanoi dealer stopped operating , Ducati only had one dealer left in Vietnam, located in Ho Chi Minh City.

Ducati's official distributor in Vietnam - CT-Wearnes, has announced that it will close its showroom and sales office in Hanoi from April 1.

Although the showroom is closed, the distributor representative confirmed that maintenance, repair and warranty services are still maintained at the Ducati Hanoi Service Center (at the old address). This helps Ducati players feel more secure.

For those who want to buy a new car, users in the Northern region can still order from Ho Chi Minh City and pick up the car at the Hanoi service center. However, the lack of a showroom means that customers in the North will have difficulty experiencing the real thing and test driving before deciding to spend money.

Ducati entered the Vietnamese market in 2010 and quickly won the hearts of large-displacement motorcycle enthusiasts.
Ducati entered the Vietnamese market in 2010 and quickly won the hearts of large-displacement motorcycle enthusiasts. However, in recent years, the company's market share has gradually narrowed as many other famous brands such as Honda, Yamaha, Triumph, BMW Motorrad... have appeared and expanded their operations in Vietnam.
Not only Ducati, KTM and Husqvarna are also preparing to close their showrooms in Hanoi. Recently, dealers have been continuously launching big promotional programs to "liquidate" vehicles. For example, the Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 model is discounted 87 million VND, the price after the discount is only 119 million VND. This price is cheaper than the Honda SH350i scooter (priced from 151 million VND).
