The Central region continues to witness clear differentiation. From Thanh Hoa to Hue, early morning fog and scattered showers in the South. From Da Nang to Binh Thuan, showers and thunderstorms, temperatures increase slightly.

The Central Highlands and the South maintain stable weather. The Central Highlands is sunny during the day and has showers and thunderstorms at night, while the South continues to be hot with temperatures in some places above 33 degrees Celsius.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, from February 22-24, the North will continue to have light rain, drizzle and scattered fog. From about February 23, the cold air will strengthen, making it cold, with some places experiencing severe cold; in the highlands, it will be very cold, with some places experiencing severe cold.

Cold air combined with strong currents in the upper westerly wind zone continues to cause scattered light rain in the northern provinces. At the same time, the cold air will bring an end to the humid conditions.
