The Dialogue is an opportunity to identify the content of complex activities, cases of complex activities being exploited as gray zone activities. Along with that, the Ocean Dialogue is a remarkable series of seminars, connecting issues from foreign policy, international law to science and technology, at the same time being an opportunity to listen and exchange with leading experts; a forum to update on new developments in maritime security.
During the dialogue sessions, speakers discussed the practice of complex operations and grey zone operations in the region in general and the East Sea in particular; put forward initiatives and proposals for countries in and outside the region to better manage complex operations, especially to effectively respond to grey zone operations...VIETNAMESE GROUP
