This time, the Military Command of Binh Phuoc province mobilized and trained nearly 100 officers and soldiers of the regular militia in communes, wards and towns throughout the province, organizing training according to the "Project to organize and build a rotating concentrated regular militia company of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province".

During the 3 months, militia officers and soldiers of units and localities in the province were trained in politics, military, regulations, martial arts, tactics, use of support tools, logistics and technical work, focusing on training in techniques for using support tools; tactical formations of squads, platoons, and companies using support tools to maintain security and order, protect targets; live-fire practice with AK submachine guns, etc.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Ba Phu, Deputy Commander of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Military Command, emphasized that in order to successfully complete the training course, officers and soldiers of the Militia Company need to clearly identify their tasks, enhance their roles and responsibilities, and actively study and grasp the content. Units should focus on taking good care of the soldiers' material and spiritual lives; organize training with the right content and time according to the training schedule, ensuring the improvement of training quality; regularly organize combat plan exercises, and promptly coordinate to handle situations that occur in the province.

The unit ensures the training ground, facilities, training staff and strictly maintains the regular order and training regime, ensuring practical training, testing and evaluation. Practical training courses improve the bravery, technical and tactical level, grasp and perform well the responsibilities and tasks, and build a strong militia force.
