At Lan Phu Labor Protection Production and Trading Company Limited (Dong La Industrial Park), all 480 employees of the Company returned to work after the Tet holiday on January 6. The Company has developed a production plan until May 2025, with orders expected to be implemented until the end of the third quarter of 2025.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Duan, Director of the Company said: Along with focusing on solutions such as promoting the quality of human resources, maintaining traditional markets, searching for new markets..., the Company also actively launched emulation movements, creating a spirit of enthusiasm for work among officers, employees and workers. Therefore, from the initial scale of only trading in labor protection equipment, creating jobs for 7-8 workers, up to now, after more than 10 years of construction and development, the Company has expanded to the production of labor protection shoes and household goods, creating jobs for 480 workers with an average income of 7.6 million VND/person/month. The Company's household products are not only consumed in the domestic market but also exported to the US and Japan.
Ms. Duong Thi Duyen, Minh Phu commune (Dong Hung) shared: The emulation movement in production and business is launched regularly by the Company, but on holidays and Tet, we always feel a new spirit and new motivation to make more efforts in our work. Although I work more than 10km from home, I have been with the Company for nearly 10 years because of my stable income. Working in a good environment with guaranteed benefits, we feel secure and always try our best to contribute to completing the Company's production and business targets.
The emulation movement in production and business has also been widely deployed in Song Diem Production and Business Company C (Dong Phong Industrial Park). In May 2005, the Company was established, initially producing construction materials from clay. Grasping the market trend, in 2018 the Company switched to producing gypsum with main products including: standard gypsum board, moisture-proof gypsum board, fire-resistant gypsum board, and suspended ceilings. Up to now, the Company's products have been consumed nationwide and are preparing to be exported to the US market. In 2024, the Company's output will reach 5 million m2 , revenue will reach 50 billion VND, creating jobs for 50 workers with an average income of 10 million VND/person/month.

With the goal of increasing revenue by 20% compared to 2024, along with fully preparing raw materials for production and arranging staff and workers suitable to their capacity and job position, the Company continues to launch a production and business competition movement from the beginning of the year, thereby creating momentum and motivation to increase labor productivity, reduce defective and damaged products on production lines.
