Mr. Nguyen Van Trong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor informed: "More than 1,500 grassroots unions (managing 70,000 union members) have completed the update of management software (reaching 100%). Up to now, Ha Tinh is one of the leading provinces in the country to complete this policy. Currently, units are still regularly updating, supplementing information, completing profiles for new union members on the system to create a database for management and directing activities".

Up to now, the Provincial Federation of Labor has organized many training sessions on: sending and receiving documents via the internal document system; using smartphones to take photos, record and edit videos; posting news, images on websites, social networks... to equip union members with knowledge and skills in applying information technology in handling and implementing work.
Promoting the application of information technology and digital transformation in professional activities helps leadership, direction and management work to be quick and effective; at the same time, strongly and widely spread trade union activities and workers' and labor movements.
Agencies, units and enterprises also have more convenience in managing information, union finances and union member fluctuations, contributing to helping unions at all levels take good care of the material and spiritual life and protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
