Specifically: the drafting of documents for the Provincial Party Congress is slow; the work of reorganizing the apparatus is not associated with streamlining the payroll; investment in science and technology, innovation and digital transformation is still low; The investment environment has not attracted strategic investors in the field of high-tech manufacturing.

Mr. Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Head of the inspection team, requested Dak Lak to promptly overcome the limitations that have been pointed out. Regarding economic development, the province needs to clearly identify the growth drivers associated with the implementation of Resolution 23 of the Politburo, effectively exploiting the local potential; at the same time, it is necessary to promote the application of science and technology in production: "For the 8% growth target, we must solve: 1. The solutions must be very clear, and only when there is a driving force must it be exploited. We still have to identify Dak Lak as an advantage for developing the agricultural and forestry economy, but agriculture and forestry must be high-tech, agriculture and forestry must be the foundation for industrial development, and must be the input of the processing industry".
