Suspend a driving license training center

According to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Gia Lai province (DOLISA), during the inspection of driver training at the 3T Gia Lai Vocational Education Center in Chau Son village, Dak Ya commune, Mang district, it was discovered that this unit did not ensure the conditions for vocational education activities as prescribed in Point b, Clause 1, Article 20 of the Law on Vocational Education.

Specifically, 3T Gia Lai Vocational Education Center conducts procedures to apply for a training license in the field of vocational training at the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Gia Lai province. The driving license training location at this center is located on agricultural land in Chau Son village, Dak Ya commune, Mang Yang district.

After that, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs approved the licensing of vocational training, and the Department of Transport of Gia Lai province also approved the licensing of driver's license training.

3T Gia Lai Vocational Education Center built items (waiting house, parking garage, driving practice yard) without permission on agricultural land but did not take measures to prevent it or propose to competent authorities to handle it.

During the inspection process of the Department of Transport of Gia Lai province, the Department Inspectorate drew up a record of administrative fine of 12.5 million VND for the above enterprise. In addition, the Inspectorate of the Department of Transport of Gia Lai province also suspended enrollment for 3 months for the above center from December 26, 2023 to March 24, 2024).

The Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Gia Lai province has decided to suspend the operation of this center until June 27, 2024. If after the above suspension period, the center fails to remedy the cause of the suspension, the Department will withdraw the Certificate of registration for additional vocational education activities in accordance with the provisions of law.

The Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Gia Lai province requested the 3T Gia Lai Vocational Education Center to organize meetings, exchanges and dialogues with learners about the objective and subjective reasons for the above suspension. At the same time, ensure the legitimate rights and interests of learners, teachers, managers, employees and workers related to the suspension of vocational education activities for car driving training at the training location of Chau Son village, Dak Ya commune.

In addition, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Gia Lai requested that this center publicly apologize to learners and fulfill financial and property obligations of organizations and individuals related to the suspension of vocational education activities for car driving in accordance with the provisions of law (if any).

Previously, Giao thong Newspaper reported that the Inspectorate of the Department of Transport of Gia Lai province, through the inspection of compliance with driver training regulations, discovered that the 3T Gia Lai Vocational Education Center (located at No. 18 Chu Manh Trinh, Hoi Phu Ward, Pleiku City, Gia Lai) had violated the driver training content and program according to regulations.
