The ranking of 100 best workplaces in Vietnam announced by Anphabe with the sponsorship of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) is an annual program initiated in 2013. This year, more than 65,000 employees, 253 leaders and human resource managers from more than 700 enterprises in 18 industry groups nationwide participated in the survey.

The survey data is analyzed to provide a picture of the labor market, reflecting the needs and expectations of employees, helping businesses optimize their human resource strategies for the following years. At the same time, it creates sustainable values for the business community and employees, human resource trends, and the working environment in Vietnam, helping businesses scientifically measure strengths and weaknesses to attract and retain talent.

Ms. Thanh Nguyen, CEO and Happiness Inspiration at Anphabe, shared that the top 100 best workplaces in Vietnam every year always attract the participation of many prestigious brands and reflect the true expectations of the working community.

After many years of fluctuations and challenges, the 2024 survey recorded many positive signals showing that the labor market is warming up and businesses have begun to plan to expand their human resources. However, according to the survey, employees are still not really happy when their income has not improved. More than 50% of employees surveyed said they were not really happy at work, lacking joy and motivation at work.

This year, the survey unit also provided a report titled “The X Factor – Variable X”.

“Variable X” not only represents the outstanding capabilities or advantages of the enterprise, but also the core values and strategic vision, which are closely linked to the human resources. The report highlights current human resource trends and factors that determine the long-term success of the enterprise, in the context of rapidly changing technology and markets.
