Hung Duy Technology Service Trading Import Export Company Limited (Hung Duy) ranked 199th in the Top 500 Largest Private Enterprises in Vietnam in 2024, up 34 places compared to 2023.
On January 8, at the annual announcement ceremony of the Top 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam 2024 (VNR500) organized by Vietnam Report in collaboration with VietNamNet Newspaper, Hung Duy ranked 199th in the Top 500 Largest Private Enterprises in Vietnam 2024. This is the 12th consecutive year that Hung Duy has been present and honored in the VNR500 ranking (from 2013 to 2024).
According to Mr. Le Huu Hung - Chairman of the Board of Members of Hung Duy Company, the promotion in 2024 is a very meaningful recognition of the efforts and vision of the Company's Board of Directors, affirming the sustainable development strategy that Hung Duy has implemented throughout its 30-year journey of operation.
According to Mr. Le Huu Hung, being evaluated and ranked in VNR500 for many consecutive years is not only an honor, but also one of the important measures that helps Hung Duy have a standard view of the capacity and "health" of the enterprise, thereby showing the ability and stability of the company in maintaining stable and effective production and business results, along with the flexible capacity to overcome difficulties and challenges in the context of complicated developments from the international environment in 2024 in particular, especially in the period when the economy has not yet fully recovered after the recent pandemic in general.
Hung Duy Company was established in 1994, and has gone through 30 years of construction and development, operating in a variety of industries, focusing on 4 main areas: Production, Distribution, Medical Services, Entertainment - Accommodation Services, attracting and creating jobs for nearly 1,000 employees.
In particular, with its main industry in the manufacturing sector, Hung Duy is known as one of the professional manufacturers of tapioca starch and modified tapioca starch in Vietnam, with extensive experience originating from family tradition since 1969.
Currently, Hung Duy production system owns 4 factories, with a total capacity of 1,050 tons/day. Hung Duy branded tapioca starch products have been stably supplied domestically every year and exported to many international markets such as: USA, Australia, Japan, Europe, China, Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, etc.
In addition to maintaining effective production and business, Hung Duy is also one of the typical enterprises in social work. Every year, the company allocates a portion of its revenue to the "Hung Duy - Sharing Life" Charity Fund to fulfill its community responsibilities.
From 2013 to 2024, Hung Duy has donated more than 16 billion VND, accompanying local authorities in Tay Ninh province in many social security activities such as: Fund for the poor, building houses of gratitude and solidarity houses, supporting food and necessities, supporting medical care, gratitude work... to promote good human values and actively accompany the development of the locality.
