DNVN - According to the announcement from Anphabe, AEON Vietnam was honored as the Top 1 Best Workplace in Vietnam in the retail/wholesale/commerce industry for the second consecutive year. At the same time, the company continued to rise to 11th place in the Top 100 of the entire market.
The results are based on a survey of more than 65,000 experienced workers, evaluating more than 700 businesses in 18 industry groups in Vietnam and independently verified by Intage Vietnam.
Best Places to Work in Vietnam is an annual workplace ranking organized by Anphabe, based on a series of completely independent surveys, verified by market research company Intage Vietnam, with the sponsorship of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The ranking not only recognizes businesses that strive to build an ideal working environment but also contributes to promoting businesses in the market to create a happy working environment for employees.

The year 2024 marked new steps forward for AEON Vietnam in building a sustainable working environment. The excellent enterprise was honored at the 11th position in the Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2024, while maintaining its leading position in the retail/wholesale/commerce industry. Notably, the enterprise's employer brand attractiveness index recorded outstanding results compared to the general level, with the rate of potential candidates considering applying 4-6 times higher than the industry average.
In addition, AEON Vietnam continues to be honored in the list of 12 typical Enterprises with Happy Human Resources 2024, based on a survey of internal employees.
Regionally, AEON Vietnam is the only retailer to be honored by HR Asia Magazine in the Top "Best Workplaces in Asia" for 6 consecutive years (2019 - 2024). At the same time, AEON Vietnam also won the award category "Enterprise with the most outstanding Diversity, Equality and Inclusion policy" in the first year of participating in the survey...
