Foreign Trade University enrolls students by 6 methods:
Method 1 : Admission based on high school academic results for candidates who participate in/win prizes in national excellent student competitions/science and technology competitions, win prizes (first, second, third) in provincial/city excellent student competitions in grades 11 or 12 and candidates in the specialized system of national key high schools/specialized high schools.
Method 2: Admission based on a combination of international language certificates and academic results/international competency certificates for specialized and non-specialized candidates of high schools/international high schools.
Method 3: Admission will be based on a combination of international language certificates and 2023 high school graduation exam results, expected from July 18 to 5:00 p.m. on July 30.
Method 4: Admission based on the results of the 2023 high school graduation exam according to subject groups, expected from July 10 to 5:00 p.m. on July 30.
Method 5: Admission based on the results of competency assessment exams organized by Hanoi National University and Ho Chi Minh City National University in 2023.
Method 6: Direct admission in 2023, from May 22 to 5:00 p.m. on May 30.
Special admission for the International Political Economy International Development Orientation Program: from May 5 to before 5:00 p.m. on May 31.
This year, Foreign Trade University will enroll 4,100 students for its three campuses in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Quang Ninh, an increase of 50 compared to 4,050 in 2022. In addition to early admission methods, the school will also enroll 839 students based on high school graduation exam scores, and 115 students will be directly admitted according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
The estimated tuition fee for the 2023-2024 school year for the general program is 25 million VND, the high-quality program, career orientation and international development is 45 million VND per year, both increasing by 5 million VND compared to the current level. For the advanced program, the estimated tuition fee is 70 million VND per year, increasing by 10 million VND; while the Hotel Management, Digital Marketing, Digital Business, Integrated Marketing Communications programs remain at 60 million VND.
