Dien Bien TV - The Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term are a large-scale and extensive political activity within the entire Party and people. Therefore, propaganda work on the meaning and importance of the congress is being seriously, responsibly and synchronously implemented by units and localities in Dien Bien province.

Through many diverse and rich forms of propaganda, a vibrant competitive atmosphere has been created to welcome Party Congresses at all levels.

Mr. Trinh Huy Tuan, Director of the Dien Bien Phu City Cultural - Radio and Television Center, said: "We organize propaganda activities in many forms such as: propaganda through news, articles, and reports. In addition to propaganda through reports, we also conduct visual propaganda on the streets. Currently, we have propagated on the main roads of Vo Nguyen Giap Street in the city with 110 pairs of Red Flag - Hammer and Sickle symbols."

In line with Directive No. 35 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress and Plan No. 158 of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission has proactively advised the Propaganda and Celebration Subcommittee to organize many propaganda campaigns on Party congresses at all levels. Accordingly, the propaganda work will be divided into 3 phases.

Ms. Lo Thi Minh Phuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, said: The propaganda work is divided into three phases. The first phase from the end of 2024 to the end of August 2025, this phase will focus on propagating grassroots party congresses, district, town, city party congresses and affiliated party committees of the province. The second phase starts from September to October 2025, focusing on propagating the 15th Provincial Party Congress. The third phase focuses on highly propagating the 14th National Party Congress.

Propaganda work on party congresses at all levels has been widely promoted by units and localities among cadres, party members and people, focusing on some main contents such as: The importance of party congresses at all levels, the maturity of the Communist Party of Vietnam through congresses; promoting emulation movements to successfully implement the key goals and tasks set out in resolutions of party congresses at all levels.

Residential groups in the area propagate to cadres, party members and people about Directive 35 and Directives of the City Party Committee, Provincial Party Committee and Ward Party Committee.

At the same time, we organized propaganda to cadres, party members and people in the area about the Directive of the Dien Bien Phu City Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and the Muong Thanh Ward Party Committee.
