Stabbed friend to death then asked someone to call the police

On May 27, Binh Duong Police coordinated with Tan Uyen City Police to investigate and clarify a murder case that left one person dead at a boarding house in Thai Hoa Ward (Tan Uyen City).

According to initial information, Nguyen Van Ao (26 years old, from An Giang) and Le Phu Qui (27 years old, from Dong Thap) knew each other and were both addicted to drugs.

After stabbing his friend to death, Qui sat next to him and asked someone to call the police.

At around 2:00 p.m. on May 27, while Ao was lying on a hammock, Qui rushed over and stabbed him multiple times in the abdomen. After being stabbed, Ao struggled and ran outside. However, when he reached the gate of the boarding house, he collapsed and died on the spot.

At this time, Qui came and sat next to his friend's body and asked people to report to the police. Through a quick test, Qui tested positive for drugs.

Currently, the investigation agency is detaining Qui to clarify the case of stabbing his friend to death.
