On February 19, in the cold weather of the Northwest winter, children at two schools: Na Lac and Tan Tien kindergartens belonging to Trinh Tuong Primary and Kindergarten (Bat Xat district, Lao Cai) happily received their new schools and classes.
These are two schools that received support from the Embassy of Israel in the project "Renovating schools after natural disasters in Lao Cai". With a total budget of more than 300 million VND, many items have been implemented to help children here have better learning conditions.
Na Lac Kindergarten is a place of study for 90 children. After the storm, the ceiling of the school collapsed and leaked for a long time.
Here, the entire roof of the classroom was completely repaired. A new toilet was built. In addition, the toilet area was also repaired and repainted to ensure a clean and beautiful space.

At Tan Tien kindergarten and primary school, the project built a new kitchen to replace the old one that was damaged by the storm.
"The help from the Israeli Embassy has helped the children have a new kitchen and toilet. The children now have a more spacious school, which is a very meaningful gift for the school in difficult times like this," said Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien - principal of Trinh Truong Kindergarten.
