This is the second consecutive year (2022 - 2023) that Dai-ichi Life Vietnam continues to maintain its position in the Top 2 in the "Top 10 Prestigious Life Insurance Companies" and is the leader in the foreign life insurance business sector operating in Vietnam.

Representative of Dai-ichi Life Vietnam Board of Directors received the award "Top 10 Prestigious Life Insurance Companies 2023" at the Announcement Ceremony of "Top 10 Prestigious Companies in Banking - Insurance - Technology Industry 2023".

After more than 16 years of establishment and development, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam has continuously grown in stature and position with the number of customers increasing 14 times, total insurance premium revenue increasing 59 times, total investment capital increasing 53 times and total asset value increasing 82 times.

In the context of many challenges in 2022, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam still strives to achieve total insurance premium revenue of over VND 22,000 billion, an increase of 17% compared to 2021, with a market share of total insurance premium revenue in Vietnam of 12.3% and a profit after tax of over VND 2,400 billion. According to information from the General Department of Taxation, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam is one of the enterprises that fulfills its tax obligations to the State well, ranking 45th out of 100 largest tax-paying enterprises in Vietnam in 2022.

The ranking of "Top 10 Prestigious Insurance Companies in 2023" is the result of an independent and objective research conducted by Vietnam Report in May - June 2023, based on the method of encoding press data (Media Coding) and evaluating the company's image in the media (Brand Coding), combined with in-depth research and surveys of stakeholders such as customers, insurance companies, and experts in the industry.
