Provincial National Assembly delegates periodically receive citizens

(CTTĐTBP) - On the morning of February 28, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Dieu Huynh Sang, chaired the regular citizen reception in February. Leaders of relevant departments, branches, sectors and localities attended the reception.

At the meeting, citizens gave their opinions and recommendations to the provincial National Assembly delegates and relevant agencies regarding the issuance of land use right certificates; the final settlement of land disputes between households... Citizens also hope that the fee for issuing land use right certificates will be applied according to the old price at the time of the land dispute; and at the same time, the case will be promptly considered and resolved satisfactorily, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Citizens of Dong Xoai city petition the provincial National Assembly delegates and relevant agencies regarding the resolution of land disputes between households.

Representatives of the authorities further clarified issues of concern to the people.

Sharing the difficulties and concerns of citizens, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Dieu Huynh Sang, asked leaders of departments, branches and localities to clarify issues of concern to citizens.

Regarding citizens' petitions beyond his authority, Provincial National Assembly delegate Dieu Huynh Sang explained the policies and laws so that citizens could understand clearly; at the same time, he noted the contents presented by citizens and would forward them to competent authorities for consideration, resolution and response to citizens in accordance with regulations.
