Voters in Duy Xuyen district expressed their excitement at the country’s recent achievements; however, they were also concerned and worried about the fact that many officials and party members from the central to local levels were continuously disciplined. Voters requested the Party and State to continue to strengthen the fight against corruption, strictly handle violators, and publicize information and progress in handling corruption cases.

Voters also recommended that relevant sectors speed up the construction and repair of degraded and damaged roads and bridges in the area, such as the road leading to the Hon Tau historical site, the old Cau Lau bridge, and Ba Ngan bridge. Pay attention to supporting the regime for former youth volunteers; consider increasing the retirement age and changing the allowance for the elderly from 75 years old instead of 80 years old as at present.
