(Dan Tri) - The People's Committee of Son Tra District (Da Nang) has announced the revocation of the Suoi Da villa land on Son Tra Peninsula due to the reason of land allocation to the wrong subjects according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law.
The People's Committee of Son Tra District (Da Nang) has just announced the land recovery at plot number 9, map sheet number L, Suoi Da Villa Area (Tho Quang Ward, Son Tra District).
This land plot belongs to Mr. Le Huu Tien and Ms. Vo Thi Thanh Van (residing in Hai Chau district, Da Nang city). The area of the land plot announced to be recovered is 7,413m2.

Son Tra District People's Committee stated the reason for the revocation was due to land allocation to the wrong subjects according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law.
Son Tra District People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Tho Quang Ward People's Committee and 2 individuals whose names are the owners of the above land plot to be responsible for investigating, surveying, measuring and determining the land area, making statistics on houses, other assets and trees.
According to research, the People's Committee of Da Nang City transferred the land use rights to villa lot L09 with an area of 300m2 to build a villa and ecological garden in 2006.
In 2019, the Government Inspectorate conducted an inspection of land use management in Son Tra Peninsula. After that, the Inspectorate recommended investigating violations at the Suoi Da Villa project when the People's Committee of Da Nang City allocated and leased land for lot L09 without auctioning land use rights.
At the press conference of the Da Nang City People's Committee in August, the leader of the Da Nang Department of Natural Resources and Environment said that the city coordinated with the Ministry of Public Security to handle according to regulations the violations of the Ghenh Ban - Bai Da project and the land lot L09 - Suoi Da villa area mentioned above.
