The contest aims to create a widespread political movement throughout the education sector, to promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle according to Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the 13th Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the 12th Politburo.
