In Decision No. 2909/QD-UBND, the City People's Committee approved the plan for wholesale clean water prices at Hoa Lien Water Plant. Accordingly, the plant is capable of operating with an output of 6,700,000m3 ; the wholesale price of clean water at the plant is 4,858 VND/ m3 (including value added tax and standard profit).
The City People's Committee assigned the City Urban Infrastructure Management Center to operate the Hoa Lien Water Plant, sell at the correct price; annually review water production output to build cost price, determine clean water price...
