In 2024, Hoa Sen University will have 3 other admission methods besides the high school score method, which are considering transcripts, direct admission and admission based on the results of the 2024 national university capacity assessment exam.

According to Mr. Thang, to create the most convenient conditions for candidates, candidates can register online quickly and easily, or come to school for instructions and register for admission on weekdays, including Saturdays and Sundays.

With the high school transcript admission method, the average score requirement is 6.0 points or higher, and flexible transcript admission is done in 3 ways: admission based on the academic results (transcript) of 3 years of high school, not including semester 2 of grade 12; admission based on the academic results (transcript) of 3 years of high school; admission based on the academic results (transcript) of high school according to a combination of 3 subjects.

With the direct admission method (separate admission according to the school's conditions), candidates who have graduated from high school according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and have one of the conditions required by the industry to ensure the school's input quality can submit an application for admission.

One of the detailed conditions is as follows: have an international English certificate: IELTS from 5.5 points or higher or TOEFL iBT from 61 points or higher or TOEIC from 600 points or higher; or have a college degree in regular, vocational or equivalent as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training; or have a professional secondary school degree (TCCN), regular, vocational (or equivalent as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training) in the same or similar field to the field of application. Candidates have international certificates or international degrees related to the field of application from units such as the Ministry of Science and Technology, Microsoft, Cisco, NIIT, ARENA, APTECH. Candidates who have won consolation prizes or higher in national, international competitions, talent competitions in the fields and fields of application; or participated in interviews with the industry council organized by Hoa Sen University with a score of 60 points or higher (on a 100-point scale).

With the admission method based on the results of the competency assessment exam, candidates must take the exam and have the results of the competency assessment exam organized by Ho Chi Minh City National University in 2024 with a score of 600 points or higher (1200-point scale) and organized by Hanoi National University with a score of 67 points or higher (150-point scale).
