'Weather Girl' Mai Ngoc Announces Divorce

On the morning of April 1, MC Mai Ngoc posted a rather long status on her personal story, announcing her divorce from businessman Hoai Nam: " Ngoc and Mr. Nam (also known as Mr. Bi) have broken up and are no longer involved in each other's lives since 2023".

The female MC also said that she and her ex-husband broke up peacefully, without any problems about money or children: "After 17 years of knowing each other, falling in love, getting married and living together, Ngoc and Mr. Nam ended their relationship very gently with 3 no's: No common property, no common children and nothing in common to divide.

17 years of youth, for Ngoc, beautiful memories are the greatest asset. The bad things will be lessons to teach me how to become more mature."

Mai Ngoc sent her thanks to her ex-husband and wrote that " the time spent with him helped me become the strong, independent woman I am today."

"Although sometimes I can't help but feel lonely and sad, in return, at present, I feel happy when looking back at what I have thanks to my constant efforts and hard work every day. At the age of 34, after a long time of struggling, I think it's time for me to have a new, happy and peaceful life," she confided.

VTC News reporters contacted MC Mai Ngoc's manager, however, this person said this was the MC's personal matter so he could not share more.

Mai Ngoc met businessman Hoai Nam when she was 16 and he was 19. They were together for 10 years before getting married in December 2016.

On her husband's birthday, "Weather Girl" expressed her feelings: "Happy 34th birthday to my love. We've known each other since you were 19, I'm only 16. 15 years of celebrating our new age together, I hope we'll always be like teenagers."
