On October 26, the District 6 Women Entrepreneurs Club (under the District 6 Women's Union, Ho Chi Minh City) held its 25th anniversary celebration. This was an opportunity for members to look back on their achievements, share experiences and set new goals.
The District 6 Women Entrepreneurs Club was established in 1999. After 25 years of formation and development, the club has made many effective contributions to the community and to the women's start-up movement. Currently, the club has 25 regular members, including those from various industries such as manufacturing, trade, distribution, garment, import-export, hotels and restaurants, health care, beauty, etc.
One of the outstanding results of the Club is the establishment and effective maintenance of a "mutual support fund". Specifically, members will contribute revolving capital to help other members with short-term business capital. The amount of money each member receives each period is from 40-75 million VND. This capital cycle has been revolving for 25 years, equivalent to nearly 300 capital transfers to each other. Capital contribution is the link that maintains responsibility and affection among members. Each meeting is when women bring their capital contribution to pay and take out a portion to celebrate and exchange with each other.

The club also regularly organizes the topic "Business stories, life stories" - a playground for women to share valuable experiences. Here, members will have the opportunity to listen to real stories, from hard-won business lessons to everyday confidences. In particular, the experiences of starting a business and managing a business will be a great source of inspiration for other women members who are nurturing their own business ideas.
In addition, the members of the Club also actively participate in social security activities such as: Supporting the construction of charity houses for the poor, border houses for families of soldiers in difficult circumstances; supporting the Nguyen Thi Minh Khai scholarship program with a total amount of over 10 billion VND.

On this occasion, members of the District 6 Women Entrepreneurs Club organized an auction and donated 20.7 million VND to the Tet care fund for members and poor women in District 6.
Ms. Nguyen Huynh Nhu Oanh, President of the Women's Union of District 6, Ho Chi Minh City, said at the program: "The gifts that the women auctioned today not only have material value but also have profound humanistic meaning. Over the past 25 years, the women in the Club have always accompanied the Association, shared difficulties with less fortunate circumstances, and cared about social security activities. I am deeply moved by this warm affection and sharing."
