From early morning on January 31, the Youth Cultural House (No. 4 Pham Ngoc Thach, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) was packed with students and disadvantaged workers coming to participate in the spring bus trip with the theme "Happy Tet, Happy Spring".
Mr. Le Nguyen Nam, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Student Support Center, shared: "The bus and train tickets to go home for Tet that the program gives to students are not only a means of transportation, but also a special Tet gift with a message of love.
Through the program, we aim to remind young people about the value of health and spread the traditional value of the wish for family reunion during Tet.
"A Happy Tet, a Complete Spring" is an activity in a series of activities to care for and support disadvantaged students organized by the City Student Support Center and other coordinating organizations. This year's program brought 2,200 students and disadvantaged workers from the Central and Central Highlands provinces back to their hometowns to celebrate Tet.

"Spring Bus Trip" is a program initiated and implemented annually by the City Student Support Center since 2002. Up to now, 61,125 disadvantaged students have been supported to return home for Tet.
The program has become a good solution, bringing many humane values and spreading to many localities, agencies, units and schools. From this program, many models to support students, university students and workers in difficult circumstances to return home for Tet have been born.
