According to Dr. Thai Kim Phung, practice has proven that the application of digital transformation is creating positive values for society and the community in the public sector by creating new services, new processes, new products, etc.
However, the digital transformation process in the public sector also contains many challenges. This is an innovative work, many situations are unprecedented, the scope of implementation is wide, many stakeholders are involved, and the legal corridor and infrastructure are still being gradually completed.
The seminar was held in the context that localities across the country are urgently and resolutely developing and implementing action plans to implement Resolution 57-NQ/TW and Resolution 03/NQ-CP of the Government to promote strong socio-economic development of localities in the era of national development.
