By applying the remarkable advances of the digital revolution, public organizations are facing the opportunity to improve their services towards efficiency, transparency, convenience, and meeting the changing needs of society.

The seminar was held in the context that localities across the country are urgently and resolutely developing and implementing action plans to implement Resolution 57-NQ/TW and Resolution 03/NQ-CP of the Government to promote strong socio-economic development of localities in the era of national development.
