Preparing for the opening ceremony of National Tourism Year in Binh Thuan

The opening ceremony of the National Tourism Year 2023 with the theme "Binh Thuan - Green Convergence" was organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province on the evening of March 25, in Phan Thiet city. This is an important political and cultural event of the culture, sports and tourism sector and Binh Thuan province. The opening ceremony was attended by leaders of the Party, State and representatives of central ministries and branches.

Responding to Thanh Nien Newspaper about preparations for this important opening night, Vice Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh, Deputy Head of the National Tourism Year Organizing Committee, said that all preparations for the opening night have been basically completed.

Accordingly, the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province has approved the script for the opening ceremony of the National Tourism Year; selected the organizing unit, general director and more than 600 actors who have been continuously practicing for the opening night art program for more than a month.

The opening night art program will bring together famous artists such as singers My Linh, Tuan Hung, Vo Ha Tram, Ali Hoang Duong... using performance technology, modern effects such as virtual reality or extended virtual reality, 3D Mapping (moving light technique)...

In addition, there will be a performance of 7 motorized paragliders taking place before the opening ceremony; a performance of 36 hot air balloons around the opening ceremony space. Especially, there will be a performance of 300 drone lights forming an artistic formation in the sky for 10-12 minutes and ending with a brilliant fireworks display.

At the same time, the activities will closely follow the theme "Binh Thuan - Green Convergence", each organized activity must be built into a specific plan and program, prioritizing activities that are highlight, attractive, have wide influence and are highly connected.

Activities during National Tourism Year 2023 contribute to improving the quality of new, attractive tourism products suitable for tourists.

On March 21, Thanh Nien reporters were present at the location where the opening ceremony of the 2023 National Tourism Year - "Binh Thuan - Green Convergence" will take place. Here, many workers, mechanics, and technicians from many units are rushing to complete the stage, install equipment, and decorate. The stage is designed grandly with a system of assembled iron trusses that can withstand loads of tens of tons. A stage for the audience that can accommodate 4,000 people has been prepared.

In addition, a working delegation from the Office of the Ministry of Public Security and the Security and Order Subcommittee led by Colonel Le Thanh Hung - Deputy Director of Binh Thuan Police, came to inspect security measures for this important opening ceremony.
