Regarding the case of a 3-year-old boy being abused in Hoang Mai, Hanoi, the school's Board of Directors decided to dismiss 3 teachers starting from March 21, after receiving feedback.

Regarding the case of a Hanoi parent accusing a kindergarten teacher of violence that caused her 3-year-old son to "frighten up in the middle of the night and cry like he was having a nightmare", the principal of E. Kindergarten ( address: N02 building, New Horizon Urban Area, Linh Nam Street, Mai Dong Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi) has decided to force 3 teachers to quit their jobs.

Accordingly, 3 Moon Reggio class teachers, LTO, TTL and NTT, have been forced to resign because "through verifying clips of class activities from March 10 to March 17, the school confirmed that the above teachers had inappropriate behavior with students and did not comply with school regulations on ensuring children's safety".

Therefore, the school's Board of Directors decided to suspend the three teachers starting from March 21. During the suspension, the teachers are still responsible for coordinating with the investigation agencies, the school and parents throughout the process of handling the incident.

According to the report of E. Kindergarten, on the morning of March 19, the school's Board of Directors received a complaint from the parents of child D.MK, Moon Reggio class, about the teacher's violent behavior towards the child. The family requested the school to verify the information and find a solution.

On March 20, the school confirmed that there was inappropriate behavior on the part of the teacher. To ensure objectivity and transparency, the school decided to temporarily suspend the work of 3 teachers in charge, and at the same time coordinate with the authorities to verify and clarify the incident.

On March 21, after reviewing and finding the teachers' violations such as using their hands to hit the cheeks, shoulders, legs, arms (without leaving any traces)... of students during the organization of activities, the school issued a decision to dismiss the individuals involved. These teachers are currently working with the Mai Dong Ward Police and the Hanoi City Police in the process of clarifying and verifying the incident.

On the school side, immediately after the incident, the school's Board of Directors wanted to meet and apologize to the students and their families. At the same time, on March 21, the school's Board of Directors held a meeting with the parents of the Moon Reggio class to clarify related information.
