Route 1 (for cars): Mien Tay Bus Station - Kinh Duong Vuong Street - National Highway 1, Binh Chanh District (Le Kha Phieu Street) - expressway access road - Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong Expressway - National Highway 1 - Western provinces.
Route 2 (for all vehicles): Mien Tay Bus Station - Kinh Duong Vuong Street - National Highway 1, Binh Chanh District (Le Kha Phieu Street) - Western provinces.
Route 3 (for all types of vehicles): Mien Tay Bus Station - Kinh Duong Vuong Street - National Highway 1, Binh Chanh District (Le Kha Phieu Street) - Nguyen Van Linh Street - National Highway 50, Binh Chanh District (Van Tien Dung Street) - Western provinces.
Route 4 (for all types of vehicles): Truong Chinh Street - National Highway 22, Hoc Mon District (Le Quang Dao Street) - National Highway 22, Cu Chi District (Phan Van Khai Street) - Provincial Road 8 - Route N2 - Western provinces. Or Truong Chinh Street - National Highway 22, Hoc Mon District (Le Quang Dao Street) - Nguyen Van Bua Street - Provincial Road 824 (Long An Province) - Route N2 - Western provinces.
