(NLDO) - The Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and four officials of this agency have applied for early retirement to contribute to streamlining the apparatus.
As of February 5, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) has received early retirement applications from five officials of the Ministry's Inspectorate.
Five officials who applied for early retirement include: Mr. Nguyen Tien Tung, Chief Inspector of the Ministry; Head and Deputy Head of the Department of Labor and Social Insurance Inspection; an Inspector of the Department of Inspection of policies for people with meritorious services and Deputy Head of the Department of Administrative Inspection, Anti-Corruption and Negative Practices.
It is known that the reason the 5 inspectors expressed their wish to retire early is to contribute to facilitating the work of streamlining the Ministry's apparatus.
Mr. Tung said that Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Dao Ngoc Dung has agreed to his request to retire from March 1.
Mr. Nguyen Tien Tung is 58 years old, about 4 years from retirement age to receive social insurance benefits according to regulations. Mr. Tung has held the position of Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs from January 1, 2016 until now.
"I think it is reasonable to resign at this time to respond to the General Secretary's call, creating conditions for the young generation to work," said Mr. Tung, adding that he was satisfied after 30 years of dedication to the labor industry.
